After driving by here for about a year and being invited to my first feast of the 7 fishes, I ordered a shrimp platter that was loved by everyone! I’ve had swordfish and salmon dinners to go after that - everything is so good and it’s easy to know that it’s fresh. We like to eat clean as much as possible and this is a good place for it. The staff are excellent too which is always a plus!!
Fresh fish and seafood every time. After having moved to the west coast for the prior 6 years and finding the seafood to be substandard, mostly previously frozen, it’s been great to be able to frequent Donahues weekly for delicious seafood that I had missed.
Very nice fisherman's platter, the Onion rings are the best!!! Prefer one big piece of haddock instead of hunks of haddock. Long time customer always fresh oil.
Mark and his staff go above and beyond to provide the freshest quality seafood- that is always delicious. Fried clams, grilled scallops, homemade chowder, baked stuffed haddock... fillets of swordfish, and salmon are spectacular. Always impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant! Love Donahues all the time! Thank you Mark and the amazing friendly employees!
Got fish cakes and crab cakes today it was all outstanding. Coming back as everything looked great.
Freshest fish in the Merrimack Valley! Staff is incredibly nice, always smiling. Each one has knowledge of what's in the case, and will chat with you on preparation and such.
The absolute best fresh-off-the-boat seafood I have eaten in a long time. The place is clean and well organized and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. They are my new go to for seafood!
Best fish market in the area. They also have a small dining area where you can order great sea food. So good.
